Where is the perfect spot for having spectacular views of Bogota?(give a different answer) .
There is a very good view of the city from the top of Monserrate, about 3,210 m above sea level, the lower of the 2 peaks rising sharply to the east. It is reached by a funicular railway and a cable car. There's a platform here from where you can catch the sunrise or the sunset, also at the top are several restaurants with rich menu.
