On Cra 7, No 16-36, right on basement of Ed Avianca there is the main airmail office and the foreign post restante, open mostly form 7 am to 7 pm, the post restante is closed after 6 pm. Try also at Cra 7 y C 26-27, near Planetarium or at C 140 between Cra 19 y Autopista.
