I have got very good service at Cyber Cafe, you can find it at C de las Palmas 3-102, but I also used to read my e-mails at CaribeNet, located at C de Santo Domingo 3-54. For further informations try at tel 664 2326. However most of them charge about 4 US$ per hour.
