The best and inexpensive fish meals in San Andres Island, I served at San Luis beach and at Sea Food House, a restaurant at Parque Bolivar, on Av 20 de Julio. You can give it a try at Fonda Antioquena Nos 1 and 2, on Av Colombia near the main beach, and Av Colombia at Av Nicaragua, good value for fish.
