Hey, just go at Hotel Tiuna, its at Av Colombia No 3-59, there you'll find, inside, Cafe Sol. Here I used to come to read my emails often. If I still remember, they charged me with 2 US$ per hour. For a post office you need to go at Av Duarte Blum.
