Hey, opposite the naval base, on the road to San Luis, there is Bar Boat which rents stuff for windsurfing and sunfish sailing, they provide as well lessons for the beginners and for recreation they have a floating bar . Last time when I rent gears from them it was open from 10 am to 6 pm.
